The prize includes cash and advise from some of the fashion industry’s most prominent insiders. Ervell, Spurr and the other eight designers are featured in Vogue’s November issue. Covers everything from Ervell’s college days with Rodarte’s sister team to his initial brush with fashion because of college friend Humberto Leon. Spurr continues to speak of his influences as an English designer as well as his work for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and tenure under Hedi Slimane for YSL.
