In addition I've recently seen a lot of editorials going back to the basics with beautiful black and white photography. New young talent.....

Patrik Ervell and Simon Spurr are among the top ten designers up for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund with a grand prize for new young talent. The prize includes cash and advise from some of the fashion industry’s most prominent insiders. Ervell, Spurr and the other eight designers are featured in Vogue’s November issue. Covers everything from Ervell’s college days with Rodarte’s sister team to his initial brush with fashion because of college friend Humberto Leon. Spurr continues to speak of his influences as an English designer as well as his work for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and tenure under Hedi Slimane for YSL.

Robert Pattinson and his ultra sexy hair are the stars of the new issue of AnOther Man magazine. In addition to the cover, the Twilight star was captured by Hedi Slimane for the editorial ‘Night Walking’ with styling by Nicola Formichetti.

What can I possibly say about these images? It’s Alex Dunstan by Hedi Slimane, captured for the second time. The images appear in the new issue of AnOther Man (with Robert Pattinson by Slimane on the cover). The styling is by Alister Mackie and the set was designed by Gary Card.
