Karlie Kloss dies an elegant death in Nick Knight and Edward Enninful's arresting couture editorial for W magazine. The pair drew inspiration from the kind of macabre, nightmarish illustrations that litter childhood fiction, offering up a vision which is part Grimm's fairy tale part mature Parisian opulence. The final images - which see Kloss clad in the best haute couture from A/W 2012, including pieces by Dior, Givenchy, Chanel and Iris Van Herpen - straddle dark and light, combining symbolism that is both sweet and sinister.

Good Kate, Bad Kate.....

Photographer Steven Klein and fashion director Edward Enninful teamed up for this haunting editorial of Kate Moss as a fashion high priestess. The dark take on spring's collections features pieces from labels such as Louis Vuitton, Oscar de la Renta, Atsuko Kudo, The Row and Balenciaga. Baptiste Giabiconi W Magazine Model of the week.....

Three years ago, when Baptiste Giabiconi was working at a helicopter plant in southern France, his big dream was to save enough money to buy his own pizza truck. The son of a Corsican mechanic, Giabiconi (seen here in a portrait shot by Ola Rindal) had never been to Paris and had certainly never considered a career in modeling. But then someone noticed him at his local gym and referred him to a photographer, who introduced him to a Paris agent, who got him booked on a couple of small magazine jobs. Then someone else noticed him in one of those magazines and called him in for a test shoot. - from W Magazine
